1. Introduction

Welcome to DocuWand, a service offered by DocuWand, Inc. ("DocuWand", "we", "us", "our"). DocuWand utilizes commercial and open-source AI technologies to facilitate question-answering and language generation services. Your use of DocuWand is subject to these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using DocuWand, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, DocuWand's Privacy Policy, and its Use Case Policy. If you are using DocuWand on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service on behalf of that organization.

3. Use of DocuWand

You are responsible for your use of DocuWand and any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use DocuWand for any unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to, generating content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, humiliating to other people, libelous, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the DocuWand (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of DocuWand and its licensors. DocuWand is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DocuWand, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use DocuWand; any conduct or content of any third party on DocuWand; any content obtained from DocuWand; and unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DocuWand is established.
